Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Transportation and Logistics GxP Lead for the 3PLs in US, Puerto Rico, and Canada
Partners with Global Delivery Services and Market stakeholders to ensure an adequate plan is in place to meet GxP goals.
Lead technical or risk assessment exercises where needed
Execute ad-hoc reviews of processes and provide support in collaborating with Compliance Excellence on executing self-inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary
Provides support in collaboration with Compliance Excellence on local self-inspections and GIA Audits where required.
Execute In-Market Transportation and Logistics outbound transport thermal performance qualifications and corresponding cyclical review. Partners with Global Transportation and Logistics Temperature Control team as appropriate.
Participates and partners with market stakeholders for business reviews across the region
Support the standardization efforts for temperature monitoring equipment across the region
Support all required Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and continuous improvement opportunities needed in support of the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Scientific or technical field
3-5 years of experience in Quality or a compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in Warehousing, Transportation and Logistics or Distribution Operations preferred
Working knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations
Required Skills:
Ability to build trustful relationships, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $40.00 - $49.00 per hour
Schedule:
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
