This role supports the Global J&J Procurement organization. It serves as the Chief of Staff for the J&J Procurement Leadership Team (PLT), develops the functional strategy for the organization, leads critical functional projects in support of the organization, and ensures operational results are delivered.
The scope of responsibilities includes:
Lead the planning and facilitation of Global J&J Procurement Leadership Team meetings
Lead development and maintenance of the Procurement functional strategy
Lead the organizational governance team structure identifying sponsors & champions to drive key functional priorities and initiatives for the organization
Manage annual budget development, compliance, and ongoing management in close partnership with Finance and the J&J CPO / PLT
Support the development of J&J Procurement business and supplier-facing communications
Develop and deliver change management plans to drive inspiration, understanding, and adoption with Procurement Employees, the Business, and Suppliers for the functional strategy and key programs and initiatives.
Lead Global PMO Council to drive improvements to the Enterprise Performance Management framework, scorecards, and key functional processes
Lead key planning, implementation & governance workstreams of Procurements functional strategy

For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $160,000 - $276,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, long-term incentive, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Qualifications
Required Minimum Education : Bachelors Degree or equivalent, MBA or further advanced degree is desirable
Required Years of Related Experience: Minimum 12 years (Preferred functions: Procurement, Digital/Technology, Project/Portfolio Management)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Uncompromised requirements for the role) :
