Responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the manufacturing floor.
Provide leadership to and through all shift supervisors to ensure fair and consistent application of processes and procedures across all shifts.
Ensure that production schedules are met by deploying appropriate resources while managing labor costs to productivity standards set for plant.
Implement programs to improve employee and operating performance.
Responsible for improving plant efficiency.
Identify, monitor, and find ways to improve plant KPI's. Implement weekly production/downtime reports to show performance gaps and facilitate corrective actions to close those gaps.
Manages departmental performance measure, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to manager.
Provides leadership through a 30-day planning cycle.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
