Description: St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a (FT-Evenings) OR Inventory Control Clerk to join our Supply Chain Management team!
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Shift: Evenings (3pm-11:30pm)
The role of OR Inventory Control clerk under the supervision of the Operating Room Resource Agent is responsible for the maintenance of Operating Room Supplies and establishes and maintains appropriate PAR levels. This role is also responsible for developing stock location and replenishment strategies to decrease overall supply cost and physical inventory.

Oversees all Operating Room Stock Inventory
Develops Inventory PAR Levels for OR Stock Supplies within Materials Management Information System.
Follows Protocols and Practices to facilitate supply inventory and procurement.
Reconciles, decrements, adjust inventory numbers to match supply levels and physical inventory amount, monthly within Materials Management Information System.
Enters supply orders into the Materials Management Information System
Assists with Contract Supply Changes, establishes location and PAR levels in Materials Management Information System .
Is present during all physical inventory counts.
Qualifications
HS diploma or equivalency (required)
Inventory management or supply chain management experience (preferred)
