Kenvue is currently recruiting for Analyst 2, Transportation Services. This position reports into Sr Manager Transportation Operations and is based at Skillman, New Jersey, Fort Washington, PA or any Kenvue Consumer Location.

What will you do
Plans, schedules and routes inbound and outbound shipment of freight. Coordinates with carriers and follows up with shipment process to ensure efficient, timely and least expensive movement of goods and material. Conducts research and monitors transportation methods, rates and routes. Additional Responsibilities include:
Schedules, and routes inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments of freight.
Analyzes transportation planning opportunities to reduce transportation cost.
Verifies purchase order or bill information to enable freight charges to be paid and entered in the correct budgets.
Analyzes and calculates orders in system to enable orders to be released.
Releases orders on a timely basis to adhere to customer shipping standards.
Interfaces with various groups including customers, sales offices, corporate, and plant production departments and monitors orders from start to finish to ensure on time delivery of products.
Coordinates with carriers and check freight bills.
Prepares for carrier contract negotiations.
Executes transportation service agreements and contracts including domestic freight, household goods moves, imports and exports for all modes of transportation.
Implements programs to audit and monitor carrier rates and charges.
Collects and accumulate data and statistics used in monthly reports and carrier performance reports.
Assist with monthly reports preparation, distributing mail when required, and Processes checks as received for claims and overpayments.
Prepares claims negotiation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2-4 Years Work Experience
Experience in Transportation and Logistics, customer service, transportation, distribution, operations, supply chain, and/or information technology
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency including ability to utilize VLOOKUPS and create pivot tables
Requires data analytics experience to successfully organize, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities and influence business operations
Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully and work independently while demonstrating initiative
Integrity and Credo-based actions and decisions
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated business results in optimizing business processes, through the use of various Data & Analytics tools
Experience or thorough working knowledge desired with SAP, BW, Tableau, or Power BI; Alteryx, Qlik, or other data software is a plus
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to succeed with internal and external business partners
Project management experience and tools (RACI, Microsoft Project, FMEA, etc)
Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools, Training or certification
APICS Certification
Need to be comfortable challenging the status quo and navigate between different hierarchical levels while maintaining collaboration and inclusion.
Ability to work in a matrix environment and work with different cultures.
Requires up to 10% domestic travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $96,600
