Patient Services Representative / Patient Account Manager (1 FT position)
Fast growing and employee friendly, with an exciting opportunity for a Patient Service Representative or Patient Account Manager in our Lawrenceville, NJ location.

Candidate must be willing to commute to Langhorne, PA office (15-20 minutes between locations) for Orientation and training for 3-5 days upon hire.

The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services. Additional responsibilities include front desk receptionist coverage.
Essential Functions:

Prepare work orders
Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services
Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately
Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures
Provide excellent customer service to all patients
Assure flow of service
Complete other duties as assigned
