We have a newly licensed real estate sales agent opportunity to join and learn from our top-performing coaching team. YouÆll be responsible for learning the business: lead generation, prospecting, converting pre-qualified leads into new clients, and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home. Compensation:
$75,000 - $125,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
Lead generation
Attend training
Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyerÆs agent
Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
This is for a private contractor opportunity
Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
Sales scripts mastery
Close sales
Qualifications:
Sales experience
18 years or older
Good communication
Real estate license
