THE WORK
Join the Moorestown Operations Master Scheduling Team! This is a business-critical role that engages cross-functionally with Manufacturing Program Managers, Shop Management, Shop Production Controllers, and other teams to develop, implement, and track various programs long-range manufacturing schedules. Master Schedulers have the opportunity to present and engage with Operations Leadership regularly, be integrated into program execution teams, and take on new challenges every day through data analytics and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities include:
Develops manufacturing production/development summary and detail schedules for Moorestown products, including ongoing scenario analysis and return to green planning.
Provides delivery status support for production and integration and test, supporting Manufacturing Program Managers with various scheduling analyses. Runs MRP (Material Requirements Planning) (Common Operating System COS SAP) simulations for firm and anticipated requirements, in support of the manufacturing demand release process.
Supports release process for "make" assembly requirements and firm plans in COS ( Common Operating System SAP) as needed, works closely with Manufacturing Program Managers during release and throughout the program as schedule changes are needed.
Runs material and manufacturing lead time analysis, checks for procurement short cycling, or other key constraints and works issues with Manufacturing Program Managers and Program Office.
Supports the Long Range Plan of operations staffing for the Moorestown Operations site for various programs. Facilitates and maintains the sites proposal pipeline and ensures staffing forecasts stay up to date with latest assumptions.
Supports planning related audits and completes MMAS reporting for scheduling related elements monthly.
Takes an active role in continuously improving planning methods, processes and tools.

Basic Qualifications:
In depth understanding of SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system
Mastery of production scheduling
Experience in a manufacturing setting
Degree or experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing/Production, Finance, or Project Management
Above average Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, graph creation, managing large sets of data)
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Desired Skills:
MS Projects experience preferred
Powerpoint presentation skills
Excellent communication skills

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
