Bentley Truck Services, Inc. is a full service commercial truck dealership offering commercial truck leasing, truck rentals, new and used truck sales, parts and service. Bentley Truck Services is an authorized dealer for Isuzu Commercial Trucks, Hino Trucks, Mitsubishi Fuso, Autocar, Workhorse and UD Trucks. We have locations in North East Philadelphia, South Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware and Miami, Florida.
We are currently seeking retail truck sales representatives for openings in the Philadelphia area. Candidate will be responsible for new and used medium duty commercial truck sales in the assigned territory. Ideal candidate will have business to business sales experience, ability to prospect and develop customers as well as maintain current accounts. Candidate should poses good oral and written communications skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office software, the ability to plan and schedule weekly activity, and be familiar with using a CRM system. What YouÆll Do
Summary:
Candidate is to develop sales for new and used trucks along with promoting the other products sold by Bentley Truck Services in the assigned geographic territory. Position requires new account development as well as maintaining existing customers.
Reports To: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
Develop relationship with existing customers to service their new and used truck purchasing needs. Ensure the customer is being serviced properly by all departments of Bentley Truck Services.
Identify prospects in the assigned area of responsibility and conquest.
Plan and organize an affective weekly action plan to contact existing accounts as well as prospects.
Assemble quotations for customers based on the specific needs of their application, working with the various vendors and OEM manufactures. Following the company profitability goals and market share goals while assembling proposals to customers. Effectively communicate with management competitive situations as they arise.
Participate in sales functions as required by the management for the overall promotion of Bentley Truck Services.
Update and input sales calls into the CRM system in place. Updating all daily activity and customer contact.
Cross sell and promote the related products and services offered by Bentley Truck Services and report market information to the appropriate manager in a timely manner.
Participate in OEM Training as required by each brand represented by Bentley Truck Services.
What WeÆre Looking For
Minimum of 2 years retail truck sales experience .
Bachelor's Degree preferred or Associates with 5+ years experience
very strong customer service and sales skills.
ability to travel to customer and prospect locations.
must have valid drivers licence.
ability to pass background check, drug screen, and future random drug screens.
strong organization skills and abilty to complete tasks in effecicient manner.
strong compliance knowldge in the industry.
