Overview:
Turn 14 Distribution is growing and currently seeking a General Sales Representative to expand our Domestic Performance team. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and possesses the competitive qualities to succeed so we can continue our strong growth trajectory. This role will drive our company to the next level of success by effectively managing new and existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Fostering customer relationships
Front line representation of Turn 14 Distribution and the brands we distribute
Identifying, strategizing, and overcoming competitive WD sales, pricing, and business practices
Utilizing advanced reporting to achieve sales and margin goals
Cross-departmental collaboration
Boosting the company agenda
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A strong understanding of the Domestic Performance segment as a whole
At least 1 year of experience within the performance automotive industry
Mastery of providing exemplary customer service
Live our company's core values
Exceptional teamwork skills
Organized and efficient
Strong at closing sales
Travel:
Visiting dealers as an individual or with our Outside Sales Team is required
Professionally represent Turn 14 Distribution and/or our manufactures at industry trade shows
