- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position the company's products and services
Experience:
- Proven track record in outside sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer information
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts and terminology
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
