Duties and Expectations
The Sales Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for driving the growth of our business within their territory. Successful SAM will uncover the needs of physician clients and match that need to our offerings. Specifically, the Sales Account Manager assures customer delight thereby delivering profitable growth.
À Interacts with physicians, colleagues and patients in a professional manner consistent with our mission and values
À Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in an assigned territory
À Clearly communicates our value proposition matched to a specific and identified need
À Utilizes tools and processes to accelerate positive outcomes and execute their sales strategy
À Communicates in a positive and timely manner consistent to how theyÆd wish to be treated
À Fosters and grows relations with Key Opinion Leaders
À Attends state, regional, and national trade shows as applicable
À Monitors market activity and trends
À Fosters solutions to meet challenges and opportunities
À Operates within a highly regulated environment, strictly following compliance guidelines
Working Conditions
Outside sales environment. Travel is required and expected to effectively manage entire sales territory.
