Position Summary:
The Sales Coordinator Concierge is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities and providing top-notch customer service for new and existing Barlow customers.
Responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator Concierge include, but are not limited to the following duties:
Coordinate and follow up with appointments for the sales team;
Assist with administrative tasks to support the sales team;
Setup vehicle software;
Set up customer loyalty accounts;
Routine cadence outreach for expiring lease customers;
Inform customers of the sales process, options, and what to expect;
Assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed information about our products;
Collaborate with internal team to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction;
Introduce customers to the Service Team;
Assist with setting up the first service appointment for customers;
Greet and engage with customers in the waiting room to address any questions or concerns;
Establish a referral program for new customers;
Establish and maintain a meaningful and positive working relationship with customers;
Attend industry promotional events to establish and build relationships;
Analyze and stay up to date with industry trends;
Assist with sales Marketing initiatives;
Annual compliance training;
Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's license in good standing;
Bachelor's degree;
Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role;
Excellent customer service skills;
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
Regular and consistent attendance and timeliness is essential;
In-person work is essential;
Strong attention to detail;
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry preferred;
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
