Lumberyard Outside Sales Duties
-Jobsite measurements
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
-Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular contact and follow-up
-Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate pricing with customers
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience
-Building material knowledge
-Sales experience
-Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
