Our Client is a fast growing Home Remodeling Company with over 70 million in annual revenue. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to drive company revenue. If you are passionate about community engagement, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team.
What You Will Do:
Perform in-home or business roofing consultations daily (appointments are provided and confirmed)
Build trust and rapport with prospective customers
Conduct accurate in-home needs assessments and corresponding analysis
Deliver outstanding presentations that communicate the big picture in an inspiring way
Resolve concerns and overcome challenges
Follow up on pipeline and channel sales opportunities
Generate additional revenue through networking and referrals
Participate in ongoing training and development
Partner with other departments to accomplish mutual objectives
Communicate and share best practices with other team members
Maintain ongoing knowledge of local and regional competition
Rewards:
Base salary + competitive commission/bonus structure
Uncapped commission program with ability to earn over six figures in your first year - Two sales a week can earn you $100,000 with top earning at $250,000.

Ongoing classroom style training and in-home sales training
Paid training! No experience needed
Must Haves:
In home sales experience is preferred but not required
Is coachable and eager to learn
Intermediate analytical and mathematical abilities
Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
Someone who is willing to grind
