Description:
Build and develop a world-class sales team that aggressively promotes and sells the Gunton and Pella brand in the retail replacement segment, creates exceptional customer satisfaction, and consistently delivers margin, bookings, and market share growth consistent with overall Company strategy.
Responsible for managing the Retail Sales Representatives, Retail Sales Associates, and Inside Sales Representatives. Assists the installation team with achieving our goal of being 100% referable.
You will report out of Pottstown, but the territory you will be covering is Bucks County, majority of Montgomery county, NE Philadelphia and Mercer County NJ. Requirements:

We Require:
A Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
Utilize and manage your activities within the Gunton Contact Management System.
Expect your direct reports to effectively utilize the Gunton Contact Management System.
Enforce Company policies.
Support company functions and promote initiatives that improve employee engagement.
Handle all customer requests timely and professionally.
Developing effective solutions to customer and internal issues.
Managing discounts and margins.
Quickly build rapport.
Gain trust, respect and buy in from the team through effective leadership, creating an environment and commitment to win.
Embrace and promote innovations.
Plan your time /schedule to complete 25 In-Home appointment ride-along per month.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by your manager

Construction background, window and door replacement experience is a plus
Sales management experience
Ability to analyze data and understand root causes of results
