Executive- IT Sales (part-time)
Job location- On-site
Work days- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Work Timing (EST) - 10 am to 2 pm
Job Purpose
The role of the SDE is to handle inbound leads, nurture marketing leads into sales qualified leads, and contribute to the sales pipeline. The role is office based.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential:
A self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong prioritization skills.
IT literate preferably with working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems but this is not essential.
A confident and professional telephone manner with proven experience of establishing new business relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable:
Experience of working as part of sales team.
Previous experience in or knowledge in IT sales
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Create Sales Qualified Leads (SQLÆs).
Prospecting for new business by cold calling and generating new leads, handling the inbound sales requests, and following up on existing opportunities.
Prioritize and qualify existing leads within the CRM database that may be generated from tradeshows, tele-sales, marketing, referrals, website, consultants, and call campaigns.
Categorize potential customers, in line with the Customer Categorization Model.
Work collaboratively with the BDM providing support where required and booking appointments and setting up meetings for senior sales managers
Send quotes to customers and proactively following up in a timely manner.
Ensure all internal systems (CRM & ERP) and databases are updated timely and accurately.
Actively participate in internal and external meetings where attendance is required.
Undertake any additional reasonable tasks instructed by a member of the Executive and Senior Management team
Adhere to all Company policies.
