Jersey Strong is seeking highly motivated and experienced fitness professionals to join our expanding team. We are currently seeking a Training Manager who will be responsible for leading our Personal Training Team, promoting and enrolling members into our personal training programs.
As a Training Manager, you will be a central part of our team, with a focus on driving sales of our Personal Training programs. This is a fitness sales position that requires a motivated and passionate individual who is dedicated to changing lives through Personal Training. You must have an exceptionally strong understanding of fitness, as well as a keen understanding of prospecting methods and an outgoing personality. We have a structured and proven sales system that produces consistent results.
Responsibilities:
Conduct introductory personal training sessions and assessments
Execute an effective prospecting strategy using approved company lead generation techniques
Attain company targets, including revenue and client retention
Follow up on leads and referrals
Maintain regular communications with potential and existing customers
Requirements:
Must be an advocate of fitness and exercise
Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
Knowledge and experience in the fitness industry
Holding a current N.C.C.A. or N.B.F.E accredited Personal Training certification is a plus
Must be a goal achiever who understands how to develop, set and achieve personal goals
Must be a strong verbal communicator
Must have experience working within a team environment
Personal Profile:
Extremely neat, organized, detailed, and thorough
Enjoys multitasking, adapting to changing situations, and works well with monthly performance goals
Honest, friendly, fun, disciplined, and enjoys regular exercise
Has an interest in personal education and development
Takes feedback well and is coachable
Works hard and does whatever it takes to get a job done right
Takes ownership of responsibilities

Annual earnings are based on performance and can range from $50,000 to $60,000
