The candidate will have the opportunity to interact with cross functional business partners within Innophos (Sales, Tech Services, Transportation and Logistics, Planning, Finance, etc.), and gain an understanding how the organization works together to service our clients. Communicate with internal and external customers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Update active customer accounts with their preferred requirements in JDE
Customer onboarding
Aid in order entry as needed
Upload invoices and certificate of analysis to customer portals
Audit and revise shipping branch print messages
Create and or update SOP s such as CRR, Customer Onboarding and Order Entry
Required Education
Completion of sophomore college year in Supply Chain
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Effective verbal and written Communication Skills, professional and diplomatic
Time Management
Adaptability
Proficient in MS Suite
Professional Presence
Assignment Duration:
Co-op: 1+ semesters
Compensation & Benefits:
Market competitive hourly rate
Overtime eligible
Paid observed holidays

Prompt and regular attendance;
Comply with all site policy & training requirements;
Satisfactorily perform duties as assigned;
