Responsibilities
Answer inbound telephone calls and emails from our customers, vendors, and sales.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new construction rental accounts.
Add, update, and cancel services for our existing commercial customer base.
Resolve customer and vendor issues in a timely manner by thinking outside the box.
Complete bids for new and existing jobs locations for our sales team.
Validate all items on the daily schedule have been completed.
Identify and escalates priority issues.
Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge and changes in company policies.
Work closely with your counterparts within operations and other departments.
Daily point of contact (during office hours) for a book of predetermined accounts.
Work in tandem with management and previous reps to secure resigns or inform customers of contractual increases.
Skills
Good articulation and pronunciation, friendly and outgoing phone voice
Effective communicator
Excellent verbal and written skills
Great attention to detail
Requires basic computer skills (typing, and navigating programs/screens entering data and processing information
Ability to thrive in a fast pace, team-oriented environment
