This front desk agent position based out of the Neshaminy Extended Stay Hotel located in Feasterville-Trevose. At times may assist with front desk coverage at the Lincoln Hotel Philadelphia. Must be eligible to work in the United States and consent to a background check. Immediate start date pending results of background check and employee onboarding.
$13/hour
30-40 hours/week
Must be available to work night audit (12am-8am) for a minimum of two days per week
Other shifts are typically 8am-4pm and 4pm-12am

General Accountabilities
Friendly and hospitable with a strong customer service approach
Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests
Issues room keys or cards
Answers incoming telephone calls
Schedules, cancels and confirms reservations
Keeps accurate records of occupied and vacant rooms and guests accounts
Processes payments on time according to policy and procedures
Be sure all folios hold a zero balance by end of shift, based on pay then stay policy
Confers with staff members to assist guests as needed
Handles guest complaints or concerns
Maintains balanced drawer and change boxes during shift and at transition of shift
Record any maintenance issues from guests and staff in the maintenance log or computer system
Folds laundry as needed or directed while idle
Maintain a clean neat and professional demeanor in all public areas
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of cash handling/key holder experience required
Previous hotel work experience preferred
