Dental Front Desk Associate Full Time - North Wales, Langhorne, Willow Grove, PA

We are seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to join our skilled team as a Dental Front Desk Associate! This person should be a self-starter who is highly organized and has strong verbal skills. They should have an outgoing personality, present well to others, and enjoy working with patients and team members.
This is a full time opportunity and candidate must be available to work Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm. Some Fridays as needed. No weekends!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the schedule- make and confirm appointments
Insurance verification
Processing claims and claim follow ups
Answer phones
Maintaining and ordering supplies
Ability to handle tasks in a fast paced environment
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1+ years front desk experience
Friendly, helpful and organized
Willing to jump in and assist where needed
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and get the job done
Proficiency in working with MS Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work the required schedule
