Zealous Management is looking for entry-level, ambitious and hard-working individuals to join our marketing team here in Mount Laurel, NJ!
The Client Relations Associate's primary responsibility is to build relationships between our clients and customers while executing the basic sales cycle to increase the client's customer base and maintain loyalty. Daily activities include engaging with customers in a retail setting to educate them on different products and services, as well as any promotions they are eligible for.
Client Relations Associate Duties:
Building relationships with clients, team members, and management
Interacting with customers and clients face to face
Assisting in new customer acquisition and current customer retention
Staying up to date on new promotions and campaigns
Remaining professional to provide outstanding customer service acquisitions
Preferred skills:
Ability to start right away
Great Communication skills
Positive Attitude
Ability to be flexible, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment
Reliable form of transportation to the office daily
