Front Desk Receptionist: Somerset
Stress Care of New Jersey is a certified outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment center licensed with the NJ Department of Human Services. We provide individual and group counseling to residents from Monmouth and Ocean counties. We are growing and looking at add to our team to help our organization continue to run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and practices excellent time management skills. They must have excellent customer service skills, be a problem-solver, and be able to maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with clients.
Responsibilities...
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Enter insurance information into client charts
Collect copay and payments as necessary
Provide accurate information in-person and via phone
Maintain HIPAA laws and ensure client privacy
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Schedule and update appointments for therapists and providers
Perform Clerical and Administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, tidying your work space
