Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Secretary II will perform various secretarial functions to provide support for the departments and off-campus sites within the Division of Rehabilitation medicine. Age ranges associated with this position are infancy through late adulthood.
A. Experience: Two years secretarial experience required. Rehabilitation Medicine experience preferred. B. Education and Training: High School education or equivalent required. Formal secretarial training preferred. C. License Certification N/A and Registration: D. Other Requirements: Ability to work in high volume area and maintain flexibility and organization.
