Yang Orthodontics is looking for a shiny new team member! We are a high-energy, growing practice, with a team that loves serving the Newton & Langhorne communities!
A position has opened in our Front Office. This role requires someone that is outgoing, engaging, organized, likes to work closely with others, and is quick to follow-through with tasks. If this sounds like you, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities would include:
New Patient Calls
Verifying insurance benefits
Checking with the new patients dentist to see if they have any pending treatment
Confirming appointments
Welcoming New Patients and giving office tours
Taking photos and x-rays
Assist Doc during New Patient Exam by charting findings
Reviewing and discussing treatment recommendations
Customizing payment arrangements and presenting fees
Tracking sales performance
Coordinating initial appointments including referrals to specialists or dentists
Drafting treatment plan letters
Following up with pending patients
Marketing
Facilitating relationships with pediatric and general dentist
Promoting internal office marketing
Creating advertisements and posts for social media
Requirements:
1 year Sales or dental front office experience, Orthodontics preferred but not required.
