We are looking for a Customer Property Support Specialist who will be responsible for collaborating with vendors to preserve and protect properties for our clients across the United States.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee client and vendor questions via email, phone, etc. in a timely and professional manner.
Periodically facilitate sourcing vendors to meet client needs.
Check and analyze submitted work orders to ensure they are completed.
Confidently mediate costs within given guidelines.
Review the work of vendors for quality assurance reasons.
In charge of overseeing the timelines and effectiveness of workflow.
Must have a strong understanding of property foreclosures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year of FHA conveyance and property experience is ideal.
Previous customer service and outside sales experience is preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Previous experience working in Aspen is ideal.
A Bilingual candidate is a big plus
