We are looking for an organized, customer-centric multitasker to join our team. The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our customers remain engaged, satisfied and referenceable and we need your skills to make this a reality. Duties and Responsibilities:
Support ongoing department goals of driving success and satisfaction for growing list of clients.
Provide excellence across every client, field team member and vendor engagement.
Help drive client retention through thoughtful, timely and effective actions.
Respond to customer communications and follow-up to ensure high level of satisfaction.
Prepare, send and track quotes through Salesforce. Follow up as needed to ensure all quotes are resolved.
Coordinate scheduling of special services for clients.
Follow-up to ensure that scheduled work is completed on a weekly basis.
Maintain spreadsheet for quotes/work orders to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
Supply managers with customer specific information as needed.
Maintain and update customer service files.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to organize lots of information and provide attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ideal candidate must be able to willing to submit to a criminal background check, be authorized to work in the US and have reliable transportation.
