We offer $15 to $20 an hour starting pay with the opportunity to make a $25 base pay plus commission. Weekly pay and bonuses.
DEBT RECOVERY SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact consumers by phone on delinquent accounts to secure payment by performing the following duties:
Negotiate repayment plans on outstanding debt from customers for national financial institutions.
Establish best possible payment arrangement based on consumer's financial capacity.
Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management.
Comply with all State and Federal collection laws
Ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of customers in various financial situations
Maintaining the high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients.

Receptive to ongoing feedback aimed at improving the performance of you and your team
Personable and persuasive with our consumers
