Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Portfolio Management Coordinator to join the Holman Family.
Responsibilities:
Create appointments or turn over engaged portfolio customers for store follow up
Identify opportunities to create an maintain loyalty
Monitor portfolio to identify opportunities
Manage customer lifecycle to maintain loyalty and increase retention
Establish and maintain productive rapport with Customers
Articulate and deliver Value Proposition
Identify and understand customers needs
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Excellent communication skills
Phone calls, emails and text
Manage multiple platforms
Key understanding of general Brand knowledge
Qualification Criteria:
Automotive Retail experience
Customer service or Account management experience
A track record of performance excellence
Ability to work independently
Business acumen and/or equivalent industry knowledge
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and policies of the Customer Engagement Center
Strong working knowledge of Holman policies and CEC best practices
Proven track record with achieving/exceeding department performance metrics
Ability to work flexible work schedule (includes nights and weekends)
Work from Home experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience working in a customer service/ lifecycle related field preferred
