Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Be able to take 100+ calls a day.
Able to cold call / deal with transfers from cold calls
Skills:
Previous experience in a high paced, outbound call center environment preferred.
Have basic computer knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
