Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Call Center Team Lead for the Bloustein Center for Survey Research.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Provides support on current data collection projects for the Centers for Disease Control and Preventions Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring Study.
Supervises team of part-time interviewers.
Conducts phone interviews with mothers of newborn babies (interviews are in English and/or Spanish).
Tracks mail returns and enters data into databases.
Assists with data entry and preparation of mailings.
Monitors response rates.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
Certifications/Licenses
Preferred Qualifications
Spanish speakers; experience working in a call center; experience supervising part-time employees.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal and communication skills, especially on the phone.

Special Conditions
Regular schedule will be 4-9 pm or 5-9 pm with a minimum of one Saturday shift per month.
