Springdale Golf Club is excited to announce the career opportunity of Guest Services Attendant. Ideal candidates will thrive in creating a positive experience by assisting members and guests with outside services as they play a critical role in the success of the overall golf experience at the Club.
Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:
Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
Performs range maintenance such as: set-up of range, oversees presentation of chipping and putting areas, maintains a large amount of range ball inventory, picks range and cleans range balls.
Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
Maintains accurate records of tee sheets, cart rentals and club rentals.
Provides assistance to any customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
Performs opening and/or closing duties as required.
Maintains high overall cleanliness of all related work areas.
Assists in educating players regarding the game.
Directs start of play when necessary.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Performs other duties as required.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:
A valid driver's license is required.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must be comfortable standing for the majority of your shift.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including hot, humid, cold, windy and raining.
Knowledge or an understanding of the game of golf is a plus.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Regular and reliable attendance.
