Admiral Consulting Group, a leading provider of Microsoft business management solutions, is now hiring a Client Services Assistant.
Operating with minimal oversight, the right candidate will be expected to demonstrate clear ownership of assigned tasks, and deliver campaign materials efficiently, while always maintaining high quality standards.
Job responsibilities:
New client onboarding
Existing client contact maintenance
Opportunity & Lead registration
Customer helpdesk management
Marketing email creation - content provided (Mailchimp)
Pre-sales lead generation activities: Managing cold sales email campaigns, setting appointments
Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent writing skills
Well speaking and easy to understand
Self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn and stay current with the technology
Positive attitude with an athlete mindset of working with and encouraging other team members
Flexible and not boxed in a 9-to-5-hour mindset
Able to control temper with tough clients
Travel to Freehold, NJ Office
Experience working with CRM & Marketing automation systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Mailchimp a plus
