Medical Receptionist
Greet and register patients, update necessary records
Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and then check them over to ensure that required fields are completed appropriately
Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Schedule Patient Appointments
Call Patients and Confirm Appointments
Call Patients with Lab Results
Call Patients and let them know they are due for appointment
Referrals using Navinet
Pre-Cert Radiology studies
Fax Refills
Make New Charts
Maintain confidentiality of all patient records
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant in a medical practice and using EHR and Navinet
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records
