Seaview Orthopaedic and Medical Associates is looking for individuals that are fast learners can multi-task and has exceptional customer service skills. Job requirements consist of:
Welcomes patients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answering of phones
Responding to Actions, Incoming Documents, Emails, and Voice mail in a timely manner.
Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information.
Updating of physican's schedules three days in advance plus add ons.
Obtaining and entry of all patient referrals.
Obtain revenue by collecting and recording patient copays and account balances.
Checking In/Out of all patients.
Scheduling/Rescheduling of all new and follow up appointments.
Completion of patient/insurance disability forms.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the patient waiting area.
Assisting in other areas of the clinical department if needed.
Process requests for records to outside physicians and patients.
File laboratory documents, X-rays, Diagnostic reports, and any other information into patient charts.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all medical records.
Insure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to travel between offices as needed.
Available for overtime needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
