We are looking for a Receptionist / DPEx (IT) Admin for our North American Headquarters in Princeton. Picture yourself being the first person our visitors interact with and enabling a positive first impression.
If you love working with people from different backgrounds, have attention to detail and understand how important the little things are in customer service, this is the place for you to work. Dr. Reddys is looking for a Receptionist / DPEx Admin who will handle all day-to-day visitor and DPEx/Facilities operational activities as well as be responsible for the following:
Greeting Visitors and directing them to the appropriate person and Department (In person or telephone)
Answering or referring inquiries, in person or on the telephone.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
Maintain Smooth and efficient operation of Mail room including receiving, sorting and distributing mail and packages to the appropriate recipients. Manage Mail room operations, supply orders and UPS account administration
DPEx Department administrative activities including helping CIO on scheduling and coordinating meetings and performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the Department manager
Orders general office supplies such as letterhead, paper, coffee, etc., Business cards
Ensure copier areas are stocked with required paper and supplies
Maintains and organizes storage rooms
Administers desk assignments and arranges set-ups for new hires
Acts as a back-up to the Facility Manager to follow-up on facilities requests
Creates and administers new hire access badges
Invoice clearance and Payment processing for DPEx and Facilities Departments
Maintain Building cleaning schedules and coordinate fire drills
Vendor coordination for DPEx and Facilities
Serve as the team support for all function related matters: submitting invoices/setting up meetings / Order Luncheons / within department team events

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Suite - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
Education Required: Bachelors Degree
Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
