At Edinburg Animal Hospital, we provide warm and compassionate care for our clients beloved pets. Our goal is to keep our patients in the best of health so they can enjoy an exceptional quality of life, and remain by your side for as many years as possible! We provide thorough wellness checks in addition to general preventative care; care for ill patients during sick exams; provide dental cleaning & surgical services, and more. We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team.
We are a small, tight-knit group who likes to play as hard as we work! We value our employees and their contributions to our office and show our gratitude any chance we get. We strongly believe in the importance of a happy staff, and offer fun staff events as a way to unwind and bond, in addition to offering continuing education, free staff lunches on Fridays, and much more!
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in a hospitality or medical related industry
Exhibit exceptional customer service skills by conducting oneself in a confident, pleasant, and professional manner at all times with clients.
Be reliable & team-oriented
Have excellent problem-solving skills
Possess the ability to be able to multi-task and follow through on projects and tasks.
Have a basic understanding of how to operate basic office equipment and how to use Microsoft Office Suite.
Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure and high-stress situations.
Previous experience in the veterinary industry is an advantage, but willing to train the right candidate.
