Full-Time Office Assistant
Premier Development is seeking an experienced office assistant/coordinator to join their dynamic team as a luxury residential community located in Franklin Park, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a small office environment with proven ability to work independently and responsibly manage assigned duties to completion. Position is full-time Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer busy phones and emails
Initiate Maintenance Service tickets for multiple residential properties and conduct follow-up as needed
Receive and verify invoices
General office duties
Other related tasks, as assigned
Requirements:
Previous Office experience (minimum 5 years)
Customer Service experience (minimum 3 years)
Invoicing experience required (at least 1 year)
Industry related experience and/or basic understanding of maintenance/building systems, preferred
