We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing appointments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage patient appointments and follow up with patients as necessary
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Verify insurance and collect patient payments
Maintain patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
Communicate with dental staff to ensure a smooth patient flow and efficient office operation
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a dental office preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient with computer and software applications, including Microsoft Office and dental software
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
