Duties/Responsibilities: Seeking a well-organized Administrative Assistant to support high level Executive. This individual will provide technical assistance to the executive; maintain calendar of scheduled meetings, events, appointments, etc.; prepare daily briefing material, agenda, background and additional pertinent information for meetings and events; receive and review all invitations to meetings, events, and speaking engagement requests and log in to database for report tracking; provide general supervision to direct reports to the executive, assigns tasks or other duties as appropriate; provide essential professional support on designated assignments on behalf of the Executive as requested ensuring confidentiality is maintained when appropriate; record, track and follow-up on time sensitive or confidential assignments made to senior management and/or Clerical and Administrative staff by the Executive; monitor/process emails for record-keeping/administrative purposes, review incoming correspondence daily to ensure the executive is aware of time sensitive/critical subject matters in a timely manner; assist in screening telephone calls and rerouting as appropriate; act as technical support liaison for the Executive, senior management and support staff. Preference will be given to candidates with proficient knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications.
