We are leading Pizza Hut Franchisee based in the Pennsylvania market. MAPS PH Management has been on a growth trajectory since the acquisition of Pizza Hut stores back in 2020. It currently operates 30+ stores in the PA market. We would not be able to achieve this without our crew members, staff, geographic area leaders and the vision set by the organizational leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to Payroll department on a specific project for part of the day
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate inspections for field operations
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Perform data entry tasks, such as entering, updating, or retrieving data from systems
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Excellent transcription skills
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries and provide accurate information
- Familiarity with Quick Books/ ADP Workforce now is a plus
- Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
