General Description
Primary responsibilities include providing administrative and functional support to the HR Director in the areas of data and file management.
Essential Functions
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves and attending weekly meetings
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Process employees requests and provide relevant information
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Collaborate with HR Director to assist with LOAs and Workers Compensation paperwork
Collaborate with the HR Director to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
Collaborate with Recruiter to schedule interviews and provide candidate updates
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communication
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma.
One year of administrative experience.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite
Experience with HRIS preferred
Well organized and efficient.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Values and uses time effectively and efficiently; sets priorities.
Is able to maintain confidential information.
Learns quickly; is open to change; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
Must have received or be willing to receive a complete Covid 19 vaccines (2 vaccines and 1 booster) -OR- be able to obtain a medical or religious exemption.
