The Verifier/Payroll coordinator requires professionalism, excellent communication and documentation skills, tech-savvy, computer skills, responsibility, and integrity. We expect, and it will be a plus if they have experience in Home Care and we definitely require customer service experience.
1. Assists in the preparation of weekly and monthly payroll reports.
2. Maintains accurate payroll analysis reports.
3. Maintains complete and accurate payroll and documentation records.
4. Verifies and ensures Timesheets are correctly filled out (requests originals) and prepares them for data entry.
5. Alerts the Payroll Manager regarding late or missing documents required for payroll.
6. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with patients, payers, and other customers.
You must be available to do on-call from time to time (paid separately). On-call goes M to F from 5 pm to midnight and Sat and Sun 9 am - 5 pm. Whoever does the week will not do the weekend. Even if they get no calls, you will still get paid.
The positions are required to be at the office.
