An excellent healthcare consulting firm located in Manalapan Township, NJ is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator/Administrative Assistant.
Scheduling Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities and Duties:


Candidate will be responsible for scheduling consultants for daily assignments with clients
Updating client database (CRM); when scheduling and informed of change
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Scheduling Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Qualifications:


Must have scheduling experience




Must have administrative experience
Must be organized, efficient, and professional
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Must have working knowledge of Excel and Outlook calendar/Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
