Warehouse Routing Assistance
Responsibilities
Coordinate with LTL carrier to coordinate and confirm appointment, schedule, and reschedule delivery appointment for inbound and outbound shipments
Routing all orders via customer portals
Resolve any troubleshoot routing problems.
Ensure that ASN are completed in a timely manner
Process, prepare, provide shipping orders and complete all required paperwork
Prepare, check and verify order pick tickets and packing slips before they leave the warehouse
Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding routing schedules.
Create and process any freight claims
Check item numbers, carton counts, skid counts and labels
Be aware of urgent jobs and handle accordingly.
Receive import and domestic shipments into ERP system
Research generate and process all return merchandise by creating RMAs and processing via ERP system and following up with credit department once process is complete
Checks POs manifest against paper deliveries to ensure accuracy and enter into system.
Ensure compliance off all routing policies for customer which include but not limited to: Five Below, Marshalls, Ollies, Variety Wholesales.
Advise Manager/Supervisor of any differences, damages, or late deliveries.
Other duties as needed.

Strong organizational, analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Proven ability to multitask, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to follow through on and successfully execute tasks while adhering to specified quality standards
Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving and decision-making skills
Possess proactive mindset to seek information to create effective solutions
Ability to work well independently and as a team member
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Must have a professional attitude and be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $26.00 per hour
