Overview

Are you an administrative and organized individual with a with strong attention to detail? Would you be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, supporting executives?
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support at the executive level to senior executive management at Burlington including communications at all levels of all types. This position has access to and regularly works with information of the most sensitive, highly confidential, strategic, and critical nature. The scope and complexity of this position is such that the Executive Assistant is regularly dealing with diverse matters that require substantive knowledge of the Executives area of responsibility. This is a highly visible position with interaction with Senior Level Executives.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with time sensitive and confidential information. Exercises tact, diplomacy and discretion in written and verbal communications.
Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and contribute to special projects
Exercises discretion and freedom to act in handling a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the Clerical and Administrative and administrative function.
Reviews approval requests (expense reports, agreements, etc.) for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Create and manage spreadsheets including pivot tables and macros, visualization and dashboards, charts and tables; importing and exporting critical data
Create executive PowerPoint presentations including charts, graphs and importing and exporting of critical data
Create and maintain calendars, schedule activities and meetings
Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
Other administrative and project related duties as assigned by manager
Those with a 5-10 years of executive administrative experience will strongly be considered for the role. We would like to see at least 5-10 years of administrative experience working with multiple calendar management, travel and scheduling. Proven ability to meet deadlines, effectively convey information, prioritize work and multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
