Responsibilities:
Schedule home health services by matching clients and caregivers with input from administration
Participates in recruiting, screening/interviewing and on-boarding of para-professional staff
Assists with orientation of new para-professional staff
Communicate with team and clients regarding staffing changes
Ensures para-professional compliance in accordance to company policy
Document all relevant information regarding the para-professional staff
Performs other administrative tasks and duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualification
Prior home care or medical setting experince is required
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers and administrative staff
Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and flexibility Ability to work in a high-stress level environment
Proficient in working with computers typing and entering data
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
