Business Development Representative/Entry Level Sales
Our client, F2B Services (https://f2bservices.com/), a leader in LED displays and interactive content for brand management, located in Hillsborough, NJ, is looking for a full-time Business Development Representative.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will join our innovative and growing team in our mission to help organizations unleash the power of digital storytelling. The BDR will be an aspiring Event Technology Consultant with experience in prospecting mid-large B2B companies, conducting lead generation activities, and qualifying potential new clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES of a Business Development Representative:
* Proactively research, prospect, source, and qualify potential new clients using the latest
technology available, like Zendesk, Seamless Ai and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Contact potential clients by email and social channels like LinkedIn to initiate conversation
with prospective clients and schedule meetings.
* Develop an understanding of our buyer, and their business issues, challenges and
opportunities that lead to F2B solutions.
* Conduct strategic research on companies and industries for target prospects to drive more
thoughtful outreach and sales conversations with prospects, leading to more scheduled
meetings with higher-quality prospects.
* Create personalized outbound and inbound messaging based on prospectsÆ business needs
and areas of interest to continuously generate demand in your territory.
* Utilize sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless Ai and Mailchimp, to
research, track and engage prospects.
* Travel quarterly to Trade Shows to gauge the needs of the market, connect with potential
clients, and experience the real-time changes in the industry.
REQUIREMENTS of a Business Development Representative:
* Ideal candidate will have completed 6 -18 months of proven experience achieving targets as a BDA/BDR, or similar role in a B2B company.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Proven comfortable in conducting a very high-volume of quality outbound emailing and
outreach through social channels.
*Work experience using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless AI, or
similar technologies (Salesforce, Club Ready, other CRMs).
* Ability to conduct open-ended conversations to discover market needs and qualify leads.
* Creative and logical thinking, specifically in ability to determine priority leads and best
methods of contact/content for each prospect.
* Detail oriented approach to contact management and recording/scheduling of meetings.
The Business Development Representative position offers a starting salary of $40,000 plus commission. This position offers an excellent benefit package that includes health, dental and vision, a hybrid work schedule (2 days in office), summer half-day Fridays from June through September and three weeks of PTO.
