Artcraft Health is looking for outgoing, self-motivated people to join our team and look for new business opportunities and growth. This position is a pre-sale role focusing on moving interested prospects/qualified leads into the sales funnel. Using an outward approach, the SDR focuses on outreach and contacting leads.
Once the SDR has connected and obtained interest by a prospect, the SDR schedules meetings, demos, etc. and will pass the lead to a closing sales representative.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is motivated and looking to take control of their future success. Career advancement may be dependent upon the individualÆs ability to effectively cold call. No specific industry experience is necessary, but experience in a consultative selling environment is a plus.
This position is primarily remote, with the expectation that the selected candidate be able to travel to our Flemington, NJ office at least once per quarter for team meetings.
Communications to prospects may include:
Reaching out to a viewer who downloaded content
Responding to contact forms
Prospecting on social sites like LinkedIn
Research prospects and turn them into qualified leads
Reach out to prospects and attract them to the company and its products/services
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for the company
Contact and qualify potential clients
Set appointments and follow-up on leads
Track progress towards meeting sales goals
Collaborate with business development and the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
Use a client relationship management software to manage leads and sales activities
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Attend events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
Requirements and Skills:
2-3 yearsÆ experience in sales or customer service
Proficiency in CRM software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Ability to understand target audience
Able to plan and deliver verbal and written communications that make an impact and persuade their intended audience
